SHIPPING & RETURNS
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt with the exception of weekends, holidays & rush times. The arrival date is determined by the selected ship method & location. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information for your shipment.
Help! My tracking number is not working.
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Contact at hello@donabelashreds.com to determine the current shipping rate. Please be aware that Dona Bela SHREDS has no control over how countries choose to levy customs fees, duties or other taxes on incoming goods and these additional fees cannot be predicted. If you are not familiar with your country's importing policies and taxation practices, please check before ordering.
What is your return policy?
All non-custom online purchases can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase. All sale items are final sale. Please contact us at hello@donabelashreds.com
with order number to receive return instructions. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
